lib32gfortran3-dbg software package provides Runtime library for GNU Fortran applications (32 bit debug symbols), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib32gfortran3-dbg
lib32gfortran3-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib32gfortran3-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib32gfortran3-dbg *
You will get with lib32gfortran3-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
